These Terms govern your use of Eat28. By creating an account or using Eat28, you agree to them.
Community information
Eat28 helps people discover restaurant deals shared by restaurants and community members. Deals, prices, hours, availability, and restaurant information can change. Confirm important details with the restaurant before purchasing or traveling.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and do not let another person misuse your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Eat28.
Submissions and votes
Only submit deals you reasonably believe are accurate. Do not spam, impersonate a restaurant, manipulate votes, submit unlawful content, or upload content you do not have permission to share. You grant Eat28 a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, resize, and distribute content you submit for operating and promoting the service.
Moderation
Eat28 may review, edit, hide, reject, or remove content and may suspend accounts that threaten users, restaurants, the service, or the integrity of community information.
No guarantee
Eat28 is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, Eat28 disclaims warranties and is not responsible for restaurant fulfillment, food quality, allergens, injuries, losses, or changes to a listed deal.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Eat28 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Eat28 evolves. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@eat28.app.
